Gibson International is proud to share the terrific news of the Interpretation Australia award win for the Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience for Best Outdoor Interpretation Project over $75,000.

One of the joys of our work is the diversity of the people we collaborate with and the variety of projects we engage in.

This achievement would not have been possible without the trust that the Capes Foundation and the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association placed in us. Josh Whiteland and Koomal Dreaming: his generosity of spirit and willingness to share stories have been invaluable. The collaboration between him and our interpretive developers, Ralph Upton and Sue Graham-Taylor, has resulted in a unique experience that is deeply connected to the land. This project was large in scale, featuring significant displays. The creative designs by Ben Barraud and Scott Parker were certainly adventurous and were brought to life by the indomitable Ian Anderson and his team, including Human Dynamo and Metric Sheet Metal.

Steve Harrison, Director of the Capes Foundation, expressed his appreciation for this recognition: “We are delighted that Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands received this prestigious award. We know that today’s visitors are looking for authentic connection to the destinations they visit, and interpretive storytelling offers a powerful way to achieve this.”
